“We knew that our 21 year old furnace and 20 year old air conditioner were near the end of their service life. Zane performed our usual spring maintenance and about 6 weeks later the exhaust fan failed. Gary visited and gave us some reading material. We had been without furnace heat about 2 weeks. Rick arrived about 11:00 AM and installed the new furnace by 3:00. All workers were very courteous and clean. This is our third new furnace in our 36 year old home. I have known the Kellermeiers for over 40 years and recommend them to everyone. Lee Sundermeier”
